According to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), the company Guidetti S.r.l., legally located in Via Salvi 1, 44045 Renazzo (FE) Italy, as the personal data processing controller, is obliged to provide information regarding the processing of your personal data. In particular:

  • The notice only applies to the web sites of Guidetti S.r.l., accessible by electronic means at the following address: The notice does not apply to any external web sites that users may access through links from this site;
  • Guidetti S.r.l. does not have and does not intend to obtain and process any of your data qualifiable as “sensitive” data and/or from the judicial field, according to Article 4, lett. d), e) of Legislative Decree 196/03.;

Data voluntarily supplied by user

The user is free to supply personal data to the Data Processing Controller. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses stated in these web sites, and the filling of electronic forms to send requests concerning our services and products or to require our product promotions, advertising material, quotations and probable supply of goods and/or services, entails the acquisition by Guidetti S.r.l. of the sender’s e-mail address and all other personal data possibly contained in the message or the electronic form;

If user intends to submit data of a “sensitive” nature to the Data Controller (e.g. in a CV), the user must preface the respective message with a specific declaration of consent to the processing of the sensitive data contained therein. Please note that in the absence of such a declaration, the received message will be deleted.

The data processing systems and the software procedures used to operate this web site acquire some personal data in the course of normal operation. The transmission of these data is implicit in the internet communication protocols (so-called traffic data). This is information that is not collected to be associated with identifiable users but which by their nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow user identification. These data include: IP address or domain name of the computers that connect to the web site, date and time of the request, and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s data processing environment, etc. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your personal computer every time you connect to the internet through your internet provider or a company’s communication network that uses the same internet protocols. Web sites need the IP address to be able to send you its own pages. Guidetti S.r.l. cannot directly associate this address with an individual, since the IP address is often dynamically assigned to the user by the internet provider or hidden by the company firewall. The address changes every time you connect to the internet, and only your internet provider or your company can trace it back to the user to whom this address was associated during previous connection sessions. Therefore, IP addresses are anonymous data for us, since they cannot easily be associated with a specific user, and traffic data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on how the site is used and to check its correct functioning and could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes causing damage to the web site.

Visiting the web site you can move between pages anonymously and have access to some information without disclosing your identity;

We do not use cookies to transmit personal information, nor do we use any so-called persistent cookies or systems for tracking users.

The processing of related personal data does not require your explicit consent. Providing data for the purposes referred to in paragraph 2) is to be considered optional and therefore, in the event of your refusal to provide data, there will be no consequences, except for the impossibility of improving our services for you. The processing of related personal data requires your explicit consent; Personal data supplied by you may be disclosed to third parties only if this is necessary for this purpose. Statements made to fulfill legal obligations, regulations or EC norms notwithstanding, the personal data collected may be disclosed in Italy to the following entities or subjects: public authorities and institutions IT and business consulting firms, external professionals and/or companies providing services and consulting; other suppliers of goods and/or services necessary to   meet your requests, those subjects whose right to access the data is recognized on the basis of legal provisions and secondary legislation; The subjects or the categories of subjects who may learn about personal data in the course of their duties and in accordance with instructions received, are the members of our staff and/or persons who have been specifically authorized to process the data to execute the aforesaid purposes or for maintenance of the data processing system;

Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that the visited websites send to the visiting user’s device (computer, tablet, smartphone or notebook) where they are stored, to be then transmitted back to the same website upon the next visit. Cookies are used for computer authentication, session monitoring and storing information on websites (without “technical” cookies, some operations would be highly complex or impossible to perform). Cookies may also be used to monitor browsing habits and gather data on preferences, inclinations and personal choices, allowing the assembly of detailed consumer profiles.

For in-depth information please visit the Privacy Protection Authority website.

Cookies can be divided into two main categories: “technical” cookies and “profiling” cookies:

Technical cookies.

They are used for the sole purpose of performing a communication transmission on an electronic communication network, or when strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user. In other words, these cookies are essential for the website’s functioning, or they are necessary to perform activities requested by users. They may be subdivided into:

  • navigation or session cookies
    they ensure the regular navigation and use of a website (e.g. allowing users to make a purchase or provide authentication to access restricted areas);
  • functionality cookies
    they allow users to navigate based on a series of selected criteria (e.g. language or products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service rendered to the same user;
  • analytics cookies
    they are equivalent to technical cookies when used directly by the website manager to gather aggregated information on the number of users and on how they visit the website;

User consent isn’t required for the installation of these cookies, although their notification is still mandatory.

Profiling cookies.

Their purpose is to create user-related profiles and they are utilized to send advertising messages consistent with the preferences displayed by the user during web navigation. Given the high degree of invasiveness of these devices on user privacy, European regulations require that users must be adequately informed on the use of these cookies, and that they must express their valid consent when it is expected that information will be stored on the device they use.

This website only uses technical cookies a)

  • navigation or session cookies
  • functionality cookies
  • analytics cookies (Google Analytics Google Privacy Notice)

We confirm that no profiling cookies are used on this website.

Most popular browsers provide the option of blocking third party cookies and accepting only on-site cookies. Moreover, some companies that generate cookies on third-party sites offer the option of disabling and/or blocking their cookies in a simple, quick fashion, even when these are anonymous, i.e. they don’t involve the recording of personal identification data (such as e.g. your IP address).
Most internet browsers are initially set to accept cookies automatically. Users may modify these settings to block cookies or to be alerted when cookies are sent to their own devices. Users may refer to their browser’s instruction manual or help screen to discover how to adjust or modify their browser settings.
