As part of HORIZON 2020, Guidetti Recycling Systems has received funding for the MRP (Autonomous Multi-Electric Recycling Process Line)  project.

The new system for recycling electronic waste presented in September 2020 has innovative properties that make it efficient, economically profitable, environmentally friendly and versatile. The throughput and quality of the recycled materials that we achieve with it are very high. The system can be operated 24 hours a day, with more than 30% reduction in energy consumption compared to conventional technologies.  

 The recovery rate of the processed materials is 100%, and that without the use of chemicals, only air. This technology rightly falls under the philosophy of the circular economy.

The plant was developed and built vertically, in a 4-storey tower, on our headquarter, and is available there for recycling tests with the samples that our customers can send us. we are proud to receive visits from all over the world from customers, who want to attend the tests with our systems.  Another pilot plant was installed at one of our customers. There it is possible to attend operation of the system every day in regular operation.

The main innovation is given by the grinding system which does not include blades, this makes possible a long period of work without interruptions and a drastic drop in maintenance costs both in terms of time and the purchase of spare parts.
